A well earned rest day in Echuca. The day starts with some shopping to restock the boat for the trip to Swan Hill. I now know why it was getting easier to pack the boat. I was consuming the food. A lot more weight will now go back into the boat. Janice also brought some new water bladders to use do these will also be full.
Alicia arrives from Melbourne for a quick hello and Denise, Katie and Zara also arrive from Albury. Makes for a great afternoon.
Tinky has organised a soft tissue expert to give us a work over and this helped each of us to varying degrees.
Now, Sarg and Thomo have been craving for KFC for some time so this afternoon is the time to satisfy the beasts. All the boys and Kerryn head to KFC for a good dose before we head back into the wild.
A nice Italian dinner followed with all the crew and visitors. It is a shame we only have one day to stop in Echuca, but we must get moving again or we will be stuck here for the weekend as the Southern 80 ski race will be closing the river.
